Amy's is coming to Franklin Street

You are what you eat. So don’t be fast, cheap, easy or fake.” ~ Unknown

With the impending opening of my third location, and the one that is my namesake, I have been inundated with questions; what is the concept, what type of food, will there be music, will it be like Lamasco Bar and Grill or The Dapper Pig? The answer is, it will be the best of all the years experience, nearly a decade, that I have garnished in this industry from not only both of my locations, but the years of working with the community at large, particularly the two cultural districts of West Franklin and Haynie's Corner, and our goal to fill a culinary and dining experience need that does not exist in our region.

I have crossed paths with Jeremiah Galey, our Executive Chef and General Manager, many times over the years, as an extremely talented musician and guitar shredder extraordinaire with Gentlemen and Scholars, that has played my venue and events. It wasn't until recently that the stars aligned for our creative forces to join! And oh boy, we can't wait to share with all of you the adventure this is going to take us on!

The entire team has been working so incredibly hard behind the scenes, from the work on the building, attention to every detail and nook, to the impeccable menu and our wine, cocktail, and craft beer offerings. AOF Lounge (second floor cigar bar), the Garden Room, the AOF Bar, and the Main Dining Room will provide the perfect location for an intimate dinner, a night out with friends, or a large scale event in which renting all or a portion of our facility is available.

Midwest comfort food lovingly influenced by the French Quarter, Mexico, and Texas. Amy's on Franklin can't wait for you to join us. #amys #aof #amysonfranklin #scratchkitchen #southernhospitality #fallinlovewithfranklin
